Pick your player app below, choose how your subscription logs in, and follow the steps. No tech skills needed.
Your Xtream Codes (server URL, username, password) or M3U URL was sent to you by our bot right after payment — check your Telegram, WhatsApp, or email confirmation. Message support any time if you can't find it.
Important: copy the link exactly as sent, including http:// at the start. Autocorrect on some phones changes it to https://, which will break the login.
Smarters Pro is a phone/TV app you log into directly, available in normal app stores. HotPlayer is sideloaded on TV devices and activated via MAC address instead of a login.
Use whichever one your confirmation message gave you.
Search "IPTV Smarters Pro" in the Play Store (Android), or "IPTV Smarters Player" in the App Store (iPhone/iPad). On Firestick it isn't in the Amazon Appstore — sideload it using the free Downloader app instead. Open it, confirm your device type, and accept the terms.
On the first screen, tap Add User then choose the Xtream Codes option (not M3U).
Type your Server URL, Username, and Password exactly as sent — watch for extra spaces. Give the profile any name, then tap Add User.
Channels, movies, series and the TV guide load automatically. Browse from the home menu and start watching.

Type any Playlist Name (e.g. "My IPTV"), then paste the full M3U link exactly as sent — no extra spaces at the start or end.
Your channel list loads. If you got an EPG URL too, add it in Settings for the TV guide — it's optional.
It's a TV/set-top app activated by your device's MAC Address, not a login screen. It's not on iOS or Google Play — you'll sideload it (APK from their site, Downloader app on Fire TV, BlueStacks on Windows/Mac) or find it directly in the LG/Samsung app store. Then link it up once from your phone or PC browser at hotplayer.app/upload.
Note: HotPlayer is free for the first 30 days. After that you'll need Premium to keep using it — 1 Year (₦20,000) or Lifetime (₦35,000).
Find it in your device's own app store — Samsung Smart TV, LG webOS, Android, Fire TV Stick, VIDAA, Roku, Apple TV, or Microsoft Store all have it.
Open HotPlayer on the TV and look under Home or Activation — it displays a MAC Address unique to that device. Write it down.
On your phone or computer, open that address, enter the MAC Address from step 2, and tap Next.
Choose Xtream Codes, fill in Server URL, Username, and Password exactly as sent, then submit.
Your channels load within a minute. If they don't appear, restart the HotPlayer app on the TV.

Check your internet connection first. Then re-check your server URL, username, or password for typos or extra spaces — this is the most common cause. If it still fails, message support and we'll check your account status.
Check the very start of the link. Most panels only work with http:// — if your keyboard, browser, or an app "helpfully" autocorrected it to https:// (or the reverse), the login will silently fail. Re-type the beginning of the URL exactly as sent rather than trusting autocomplete.
This is almost always your internet speed, not our servers. Run a speed test — you'll want at least 15–25 Mbps for HD/4K. Switching to Wi-Fi (instead of mobile data) or restarting your router usually fixes it.
Your plan allows a set number of screens streaming at once. If you're already watching on another device, close it first, or message us to upgrade your connection count.
Yes — the same Xtream Codes or M3U login works on phone, TV, and tablet. Just don't exceed the number of simultaneous streams your plan includes.
Your M3U link already contains everything needed. It looks like http://server.com:port/get.php?username=XXXX&password=YYYY&type=m3u_plus — the part before /get.php is your Server URL, and the username/password are right there in the link. Message support if you'd rather we just send you the three fields directly.
Send us a message with a screenshot of the error and we'll sort it out.
